Ao longo dos tr\u00eas dias de evento, cerca de 450 pessoas compareceram ao audit\u00f3rio do Col\u00e9gio Brasileiro de Cirurgi\u00f5es (CBC) e assistiram a diversos casos cl\u00ednicos e confer\u00eancias que trouxeram novidades e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es aos especialistas.<\/p>\n<p>Neste s\u00e1bado, a programa\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica teve in\u00edcio com um col\u00f3quio sobre <em>Uso prolongado do IBP &#8211; mitos e realidades<\/em>. A modera\u00e7\u00e3o ficou a cargo do Dr. Luiz Artur Juruena de Mattos e teve como debatedores o Dr. Carlos Brito, de Pernambuco, o Dr. Silvando Barbalho e o Dr. Bernardo Junger de Carvalho, que ao longo de uma hora falaram sobre o assunto, contando com perguntas da plateia durante o debate.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente ao col\u00f3quio, ocorreu, na sala E, a prova para t\u00edtulo de especialista da FBG.<\/p>\n<p>Dando continuidade, foi a vez do Dr. Carlos Brito realizar confer\u00eancia sobre <em>Helicobacter pylori: o que h\u00e1 de novo em 2017?<\/em>, que foi moderada pela Dr\u00aa Maria Regina Futuro Marcos Dias e, em seguida, ocorreu Simp\u00f3sio Sat\u00e9lite da Rede D\u00b4Or, que contou com discuss\u00e3o de casos cl\u00ednicos sobre <em>Abordagem Rob\u00f3tica de Patologias Gastrointestinais<\/em> e\u00a0modera\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0do Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Moraes. Dr. Andr\u00e9 da Luz Moreira falou sobre caso relacionado \u00e0 <em>Doen\u00e7a Inflamat\u00f3ria Intestinal<\/em>,\u00a0o Dr. Alexandre Fi\u00faza tratou de\u00a0<em>Doen\u00e7a Diverticular do C\u00f3lon\u00a0<\/em>e o\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Ricardo Cotta-Pereira abordou\u00a0<em>Lit\u00edase intra-hep\u00e1tica. <\/em>Em diversos momentos o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Moraes fez perguntas aos apresentadores e tamb\u00e9m abriu para quest\u00f5es vindas da plateia.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00faltima atividade cient\u00edfica do XXVII Gastren-Rio foi uma s<em>ess\u00e3o interativa de imagens em Gastroenterologia<\/em>, que teve modera\u00e7\u00e3o do Dr. C\u00e9sar Amorim e como debatedores os Drs. Edson Jurado, Jo\u00e3o Nametala, Ricardo Vezzani e a Dra. L\u00edlian Machado.<\/p>\n<p>Encerrando o evento, o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9 Carneiro anunciou os tr\u00eas primeiros colocados nos temas livres apresentados. O\u00a01\u00ba lugar foi o trabalho sobre <em>An\u00e1lise do afastamento do trabalho por Doen\u00e7as Inflamat\u00f3rias Intestinais entre 2010 e 2014 no Brasil<\/em>, cujos autores, representados pela Dra. Renata Fr\u00f3es, receberam R$ 3 mil. O 2\u00ba colocado abordou <em>Diagn\u00f3sticos \u00e0 manometria de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o em um laborat\u00f3rio de motilidade<\/em>, cujos autores, representados pela Dra. Eponina Leme, ganharam R$ 2 mil. J\u00e1 a 3\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o foi do trabalho sobre <em>Doen\u00e7a alco\u00f3lica no f\u00edgado: panorama das taxas de incid\u00eancia e morbimortalidade entre as cinco regi\u00f5es do Brasil<\/em>, onde os autores foram representados pela Dra. Stef\u00e2nia Fruet e receberam R$ 1 mil.<\/p>\n<p>Finalizando o XXVII Gastren-Rio, o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9 agradeceu a presen\u00e7a de todos e j\u00e1 deixou o convite para a edi\u00e7\u00e3o
