{"id":3708,"date":"2017-08-19T00:16:41","date_gmt":"2017-08-19T00:16:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/?p=3708"},"modified":"2017-08-19T00:16:41","modified_gmt":"2017-08-19T00:16:41","slug":"saiba-como-foi-o-2o-dia-do-xxvii-gastren-rio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/2017\/08\/saiba-como-foi-o-2o-dia-do-xxvii-gastren-rio\/","title":{"rendered":"Saiba como foi o 2\u00ba dia do XXVII Gastren-Rio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O XXVII Gastren-Rio retomou suas atividades cient\u00edficas na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira, dia 18, com o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9 Carneiro, presidente da AGRJ, dando as boas vindas aos presentes e mostrando sua expectativa para esta sexta-feira de evento.<\/p>\n<p>A 1\u00aa mesa redonda do dia foi sobre <em>Doen\u00e7a Inflamat\u00f3ria Intestinal: abordagem terap\u00eautica<\/em>, moderada pelo Dr. Luiz Jo\u00e3o Abrah\u00e3o e que contou com palestras sobre <em>Como induzir e manter a remiss\u00e3o com biol\u00f3gicos<\/em> (Dr\u00aa Ana Braunstein Grinman), <em>Guia pr\u00e1tico para o monitoramento terap\u00eautico<\/em> (Dr. H\u00e9lio Rzetelna), <em>Preven\u00e7\u00e3o das infec\u00e7\u00f5es nos pacientes em uso de imunossupressores\/biol\u00f3gicos<\/em> (Dr\u00aa B\u00e1rbara Esberard) e <em>Conduta nas complica\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rias precoces\u00a0e tardias<\/em> (Dr\u00aa Rozane Louzada). Ap\u00f3s as apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es houve grande debate sobre os assuntos abordados com perguntas da plateia.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, foi a vez do Dr. Ad\u00e9rson Dami\u00e3o, de S\u00e3o Paulo, realizar confer\u00eancia\u00a0sobre <em>Tratamento da Doen\u00e7a Inflamat\u00f3ria Intestinal: passado, presente e futuro<\/em>, que foi presidida pelo Dr. Heitor S. P. Souza.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s intervalo para o gastrolanche, ocorreu a segunda mesa-redonda do dia que teve\u00a0discuss\u00e3o de casos cl\u00ednicos relacionados \u00e0 <em>Doen\u00e7as Intestinais<\/em>. O 1\u00ba caso teve como moderador o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9 Carneiro e debatedores os Drs. Andr\u00e9 da Luz Moreira e S\u00edlvio Oliveira. J\u00e1 o segundo, teve modera\u00e7\u00e3o do Dr.\u00a0Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Moraes e foi debatido pelos Drs.\u00a0Kalil Madi, Evandro Prado e Carlos Frederico Porto Alegre. A Dr\u00aa Ana Teresa Pugas Carvalho moderou o 3\u00ba caso, que contou com coment\u00e1rios da Dr\u00aa Renata Fr\u00f3es e do Dr. Homero Foga\u00e7a. Durante toda a mesa-redonda, os moderadores apresentavam o caso e contavam com coment\u00e1rios constantes dos debatedores. Ao t\u00e9rmino de cada caso houve espa\u00e7o para que a plateia realizasse perguntas e tirasse d\u00favidas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalizando a programa\u00e7\u00e3o da manh\u00e3, a Dra. Celeste Carvalho Siqueira Elia apresentou o pr\u00f3ximo conferencista, o Dr. Sender Mizsputen, que abordou o tema: <em>Uso de imunobiol\u00f3gicos\/imunossupressores e neoplasias: o que \u00e9 importante saber?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ao oferecer um lunch box para todos os participantes, a Farmac\u00eautica Takeda promoveu um Simp\u00f3sio Sat\u00e9lite para discutir casos cl\u00ednicos sobre o tema: Vedolizumabe na DII: da efic\u00e1cia na indu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 uma nova perspectiva de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o no longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>O tema seguinte, que ganhou destaque na XXVII Gastren-Rio, foi <em>Hepatopatias<\/em>, abordado na mesa redonda moderada pelo Dr. Eduardo Joaquim Castro. Quatro quest\u00f5es foram levantadas. O Dr. Jo\u00e3o Marcello de Ara\u00fajo Neto falou sobre o diagn\u00f3stico e manejo da doen\u00e7a hep\u00e1tica gordurosa n\u00e3o alco\u00f3lica. Na sequ\u00eancia, Dr. Fernando Wendhausen Portella destacou como \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar e tratar a hepatite auto-imune. J\u00e1 a Dra. Vivian Rotman focou em colangiopatias auto-imunes. Para finalizar a mesa redonda, a Dra. C\u00e1ssia Leal falou sobre atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o no manejo do hepatocarcinoma.<\/p>\n<p>Ao final da tarde, o Dr. Paulo C\u00e9sar Rios da Silveira subiu ao palco para anunciar a abertura da confer\u00eancia sobre os avan\u00e7os no tratamento das complica\u00e7\u00f5es da cirrose e convidou o palestrante, o especialista Dr. \u00c2ngelo Alves de Mattos, que fez diversas considera\u00e7\u00f5es e foi muito aplaudido pela plateia.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o gastrolanche, foi iniciada a \u00faltima mesa-redonda do dia que discutiu casos cl\u00ednicos relacionados a\u00a0doen\u00e7as do f\u00edgado. O Dr. Jorge Andr\u00e9 de Segadas Soares abordou o primeiro caso com os especialistas Dr. Henrique S\u00e9rgio Moraes Coelho, Dr. \u00c2ngelo Alves de Mattos e Dr. Hugo Perazzo. J\u00e1 o segundo caso foi apresentado pelo Dr. Jo\u00e3o Marcello de Ara\u00fajo Netto e contou com a opini\u00e3o da\u00a0Dra. Cristiane Villela, do Dr. Guilherme Rezende e da Dra. Fl\u00e1via Fernandes.
