{"id":3364,"date":"2017-08-18T00:21:52","date_gmt":"2017-08-18T00:21:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/?p=3364"},"modified":"2017-08-18T00:25:31","modified_gmt":"2017-08-18T00:25:31","slug":"saiba-como-foi-o-1o-dia-do-xxvii-gastren-rio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/2017\/08\/saiba-como-foi-o-1o-dia-do-xxvii-gastren-rio\/","title":{"rendered":"Saiba como foi o 1\u00ba dia do XXVII Gastren-Rio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O XXVII Gastren-Rio teve in\u00edcio na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira, dia 17, no audit\u00f3rio do Col\u00e9gio Brasileiro de Cirurgi\u00f5es (CBC), no Humait\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Na abertura, Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9, presidente da AGRJ, agradeceu a presen\u00e7a de todos dizendo que o Gastren-Rio \u00e9 um dos mais tradicionais congressos de gastroenterologia do pa\u00eds e falou ainda um pouco do que espera do evento que abordar\u00e1 diversas discuss\u00f5es de\u00a0casos cl\u00ednicos ao longo dos tr\u00eas dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele ainda agradeceu o apoio dos patrocinadores e da diretoria da sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>Dando in\u00edcio \u00e0s atividades cient\u00edficas, o Dr. Rubens Basile, moderador, abriu a mesa redonda sobre Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o em Pancreatologia, que contou com apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de: Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o-Alves (<em>Screening para c\u00e2ncer de p\u00e2ncreas em popula\u00e7\u00e3o de alto risco<\/em>), Dr. Eduardo Viana (<em>Avan\u00e7os no manejo cir\u00fargico das Doen\u00e7as Pancre\u00e1ticas<\/em>) e Dr. Glaciomar Machado (<em>CPRE no manejo das doen\u00e7as pancre\u00e1ticas inflamat\u00f3rias<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as palestras ocorreram 20 minutos de perguntas aos palestrantes, que tiveram in\u00edcio com quest\u00f5es do moderador, Dr. Rubens Basile, e na sequ\u00eancia da plateia.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, foi a vez da confer\u00eancia\u00a0<em>A Medicina Nuclear \u2013 Diagn\u00f3stica e terap\u00eautica nos tumores neuroend\u00f3crinos<\/em>, que foi presidida pelo Dr. Ricardo Henrique Rocha de Rodrigues e ministrada pelo Dr. Claudio Tinoco.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s um breve intervalo para o caf\u00e9, foi a vez da mesa redonda: <em>Doen\u00e7as do P\u00e2ncreas &#8211; discuss\u00e3o de casos cl\u00ednicos<\/em> que contou com modera\u00e7\u00e3o do Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o-Alves. O primeiro caso apresentado teve como debatedores a Dra. Ol\u00edvia Barbieri Luna e o Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Siciliano. J\u00e1 o segundo caso contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da Dra. Andrea de Faria Mendes e do Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Siciliano. A todo momento houve intera\u00e7\u00e3o com a plateia a partir de perguntas que eram feitas e, atrav\u00e9s dos dispositivos multim\u00eddia distribu\u00eddos, os presentes podiam selecionar as respostas que achavam as corretas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalizando as atividades da manh\u00e3, o Dr. Fernando Castro, Jovem Gastro do Rio de Janeiro, anunciou o presidente da FBG, Dr. Fl\u00e1vio Quilici, para confer\u00eancia sobre <em>Preven\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00e2ncer Colorretal \u2013 Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ao oferecer um lunch box a todos os presentes, a Clinica EchoEndo abriu a programa\u00e7\u00e3o da tarde com o <em>Simp\u00f3sio Sat\u00e9lite<\/em>, que trouxe as palestras do Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o Alves (<em>Pancreatite Aguda \u2013 Conceito<\/em>) e da Dra. Olivia Barbieri Luna (<em>Papel da Ecoendoscopia na Pancreatite Aguda<\/em>). Ambos interagiram respondendo perguntas da plateia. Dra. Olivia Luna, que foi aluna de Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o (PUC-Rio) \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnica da Clinica EchoEndo<em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, o tema <em>Disfagia<\/em> foi abordado em mesa redonda, com a modera\u00e7\u00e3o do Dr. Jos\u00e9 Augusto Messias. O palestrante Dr. Richard Gurski falou sobre disfagia p\u00f3s-cirurgia anti-refluxo e como manejar. J\u00e1 o Dr. Gerson Domingues discutiu a disfagia na esofagite eosinof\u00edlica. Para finalizar, o Dr. Luiz Jo\u00e3o Abrah\u00e3o J\u00fanior apontou os avan\u00e7os na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da disfagia e trouxe alguns resultados obtidos no Hospital da UFRJ, em que atua. Ao fim da mesa redonda, todas as perguntas do audit\u00f3rio foram debatidas. Os dois primeiros palestrantes vieram de Porto Alegre e Belo Horizonte, respectivamente, para participarem do XXVII Gastren-Rio.<\/p>\n<p>Caminhando para o t\u00e9rmino da programa\u00e7\u00e3o do dia, o Dr. M\u00e1rcio Fragoso de Castro anunciou que a pr\u00f3xima confer\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m seria ministrada pelo Dr. Richard Gurski, que foi convidado para apresentar os novos m\u00e9todos de tratamento da Doen\u00e7a do Refluxo Gastroesof\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o gastrolanche, oferecido no 3\u00ba andar do Centro de Conven\u00e7\u00f5es, foi realizada a \u00faltima mesa redonda do dia. O tema escolhido foi Doen\u00e7as do Es\u00f4fago, apresentado a partir da an\u00e1lise de dois casos cl\u00ednicos. O primeiro reuniu a opini\u00e3o dos especialistas Dr. Alexandre Pinto Cardoso e Dr. Marcos Sarvat, conduzidos pela Dra. Eponina Lemme. No segundo caso, a Dra.
