O RQE \u00e9 a garantia de que o m\u00e9dico \u00e9 um especialista e deve constar em carimbos, receitu\u00e1rios, placas de consult\u00f3rios, sites, revistas e m\u00eddias.<\/p>\n<p>A medida visa proteger a sociedade de falsos especialistas e a associa\u00e7\u00e3o de especialidade do m\u00e9dico, que disp\u00f5e de uma garantia que somente especialistas podem se apresentar como tal, por meio do RQE.<\/p>\n<p>Anunciar e exercer uma especialidade m\u00e9dica sem registro no CRM de seu estado \u00e9 considerado\u00a0<b><strong>uma infra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9tica<\/strong><\/b>, e o m\u00e9dico pode responder a um processo \u00e9tico-profissional perante o Conselho.
