N\u00e3o podem votar os profissionais inscritos exclusivamente como &#8220;m\u00e9dico militar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral e financeira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nos termos da\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.cfm.org.br\/normas\/arquivos\/resolucoes\/BR\/2023\/2335_2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFM\u00a0 n\u00ba 2.335\/2023<\/a>, apenas os m\u00e9dicos com situa\u00e7\u00e3o regular junto ao Conselho estavam aptos a votar.
