Pylori,\u00a0 Esofagite Eosinof\u00edlica, Esteatose Hep\u00e1tica e Doen\u00e7as Inflamat\u00f3rias Intestinais.<\/p>\n<p>Organizado pelo Cap\u00edtulo Sul Fluminense da AGRJ, o simp\u00f3sio foi iniciado com as palavras de boas-vindas dos Drs. Paulo Rios e Bernardo Junger, presidente da AGRJ, al\u00e9m da mensagem de agradecimento da Dra. Isis Rosemeri de Oliveira Lassarote, diretora da Unimed-Volta Redonda.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, o Dr. R\u00f4nel Mascarenhas e Silva, professor aposentado da UNIFOA, membro titular da FBG, e fellow da American Gastroenterological Association, convidou os primeiros palestrantes: Dra. Let\u00edcia Reis e Dr. Jorge Farha, que abordaram o tema: &#8220;Como tratar H. pylori resistente&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Dando continuidade, o Dr. Paulo Rios chamou o Dr. G\u00e9rson Domingues para apresentar a palestra: &#8220;Como suspeitar, diagnosticar e tratar Esofagite Eosinof\u00edlica&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as duas primeiras confer\u00eancias, houve sess\u00e3o de perguntas e respostas com os tr\u00eas primeiros palestrantes convidados, sendo que uma homenagem especial surpreendeu nesse momento o Dr. G\u00e9rson Domingues. Ele recebeu o t\u00edtulo de Membro Honor\u00e1rio do Cap\u00edtulo Sul da AGRJ das m\u00e3os do Dr. Paulo Rios.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dr. G\u00e9rson \u00e9 o quarto homenageado nesses 24 anos do Cap\u00edtulo Sul Fluminense da AGRJ. J\u00e1 receberam esse reconhecimento: Dr. Glaciomar Machado, Prof. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o, e Dr. Joaquim Ribeiro Filho e agora o Dr. G\u00e9rson, que eu acompanho desde a \u00e9poca do Fund\u00e3o e \u00e9 uma pessoa que tem um envolvimento com a nossa regi\u00e3o e possui uma expertise nacional em es\u00f4fago. Desde 1998 ele v\u00eam aqui trazer o seu conhecimento e a sua generosidade, afinal, ensinar \u00e9 isso tamb\u00e9m, abdicar da fam\u00edlia e dividir o seu tempo com os alunos&#8221;, resumiu Dr. Paulo Rios.<\/p>\n<p>Na placa de homenagem, os membros fundadores Dr. Paulo Rios e Dr. R\u00f4nel Mascarenhas escreveram os seguintes dizeres:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O Cap\u00edtulo Sul da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Gastroenterologia do Rio de Janeiro confere ao ilustre Dr. G\u00e9rson Ricardo de Souza Domingues o T\u00edtulo de Membro Honor\u00e1rio, em reconhecimento \u00e0 sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos diversos Programas de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o M\u00e9dica Cont\u00ednua em Gastroenterologia na Regi\u00e3o Sul do Estado do Rio de Janeiro desde 1998.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o intervalo para o gastrolanche, Dr. Bernardo passou a palavra ao acad\u00eamico Rodrigo Faria Galv\u00e3o Os\u00f3rio, que presidiu a confer\u00eancia 3, chamando a Dra. Fl\u00e1via Ferreira Fernandes para ministrar a palestra &#8220;Achado incidental de esteatose hep\u00e1tica: o que fazer?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O quarto e \u00faltimo palestrante foi o Dr. Edson Jurado que aos 81 anos fez quest\u00e3o de participar do evento, deixando os seus vastos conhecimentos sobre o tema &#8220;Diagn\u00f3stico das Doen\u00e7as Inflamat\u00f3rias Intestinais&#8221; para a nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de especialistas.<\/p>\n<p>Quem presidiu a confer\u00eancia 4 foi o Dr. Rodolfo Filgueira Guedes Vasconcelos, gastroenterologista e endoscopista de Volta Redonda, do Hospital S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Batista. Ele ressaltou a alegria e o orgulho de estar com o Dr. Edson justamente no Dia do Professor.<\/p>\n<p>O momento final do simp\u00f3sio reuniu a Dra. Fl\u00e1via, o Dr. Edson e o Dr. Rodolfo para um momento de intera\u00e7\u00e3o e debate com os participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Para o acad\u00eamico da Est\u00e1cio de Angra dos Reis, Bruno Moreira, o encontro foi muito enriquecedor:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Foi a primeira vez que participei do Simp\u00f3sio da AGRJ e percebi o quanto acrescentou, especialmente, na mat\u00e9ria de Cl\u00ednica M\u00e9dica. Foi sensacional! Aguardo mais iniciativas como essa na nossa regi\u00e3o&#8221;, disse.<\/p>\n<p>O evento reuniu, tamb\u00e9m, integrantes da Liga Acad\u00eamica de Gastroenterologia e Cirurgia Digestiva (LAGCD) da Unifoa, o que deixou o presidente da AGRJ, Dr. Bernardo Junger, bastante satisfeito. Desde que assumiu, sempre ressaltou o quanto o conv\u00edvio com acad\u00eamicos e residentes \u00e9 um grande est\u00edmulo para a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o constante na literatura de todos os gastroenterologistas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Caminho, agora, para o t\u00e9rmino da minha gest\u00e3o, onde busquei manter o compromisso cient\u00edfico dos eventos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica continuada de t\u00e3o alto n\u00edvel, como o nosso Gastren e demais encontros, apesar de todo per\u00edodo de pandemia que vivenciamos. Procurei estar sempre dispon\u00edvel para receber e debater as ideias e iniciativas de todos os associados, al\u00e9m das Ligas Acad\u00eamicas. A miss\u00e3o da AGRJ \u00e9 contribuir para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente de amizade, respeito, acolhimento e confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o, que j\u00e1 encontrei assim que cheguei na associa\u00e7\u00e3o e que tenho certeza que ser\u00e1 muito bem continuado pela Dr. Ana Teresa Pugas, nossa presidente no bi\u00eanio 2023-2024&#8221;, disse.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Paulo Rios, ainda falou de o Simp\u00f3sio de Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o ser um evento tradicional da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Gastroenterologia do Rio de Janeiro e de ter sido a terceira vez que ocorreu em Volta Redonda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mais uma vez o evento \u00e9 fruto do nosso entendimento e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Sul do Estado como uma regi\u00e3o que tem muitos gastroenterologistas titulares. Ent\u00e3o, a nossa miss\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo cumprida. A nossa m\u00e3e \u00e9 a AGRJ e esse trabalho de reciclagem e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica \u00e9 um papel que a gente cumpre \u00e0 risca. Assim sendo, nada mais justo do que o Simp\u00f3sio ter sido feito aqui hoje. N\u00f3s mesclamos os jovens e os antigos gastros, de v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es. Foram quatro temas escolhidos, previamente, pelos membros do Cap\u00edtulo Sul e foi excelente! Ainda mais, sendo no Dia do Professor, uma vez que temos muitos mestres aqui!
