{"id":1346,"date":"2016-09-16T00:28:38","date_gmt":"2016-09-16T00:28:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/?p=1346"},"modified":"2016-09-16T00:33:03","modified_gmt":"2016-09-16T00:33:03","slug":"saiba-como-foi-o-1o-dia-do-xxvi-gastren-rio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/socgastro.org.br\/novo\/2016\/09\/saiba-como-foi-o-1o-dia-do-xxvi-gastren-rio\/","title":{"rendered":"Saiba como foi o 1\u00ba dia do XXVI Gastren-Rio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O XXVI Gastren-Rio teve in\u00edcio nesta quinta-feira, dia 15,\u00a0contando com quatro mesas-redondas, dois simp\u00f3sios sat\u00e9lite, duas\u00a0confer\u00eancias e muito debate.<\/p>\n<p>A manh\u00e3 de atividades no Col\u00e9gio Brasileiro de Cirurgi\u00f5es come\u00e7ou com o Dr.\u00a0Luiz Jo\u00e3o Abrah\u00e3o J\u00fanior, presidente da AGRJ<b>,<\/b> dando \u00e0s boas-vindas aos presentes e agradecendo a empresas, m\u00e9dicos e entidades que apoiam esta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Gastren-Rio.<\/p>\n<p>Ele, ent\u00e3o, deu a palavra ao Dr. Jos\u00e9 Augusto Messias, moderador da primeira mesa-redonda do dia sobre Complica\u00e7\u00f5es incomuns da DRGE. Ap\u00f3s um breve discurso,\u00a0onde mostrou sua expectativa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao evento, Dr. Messias chamou\u00a0Thayane Holz que falou sobre Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Dent\u00e1rias. Em seguida, fizeram suas apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es os Drs. Alexandre Pinto Cardoso (Pneumonias de repeti\u00e7\u00e3o) e Marcos Sarvat (Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Otol\u00f3gicas e Sinusopatias). Finalizando a mesa-redonda, os palestrantes e o moderador debateram o que foi abordado junto com os congressistas.<\/p>\n<p>Em vez da pausa para o caf\u00e9, o evento teve continuidade com o Simp\u00f3sio Sat\u00e9lite da APSEN, que ofereceu o Gastrolanche, com\u00a0palestra do Dr. Ricardo Alvariz sobre S\u00edndrome do Intestino Irrit\u00e1vel Roma IV e outras novidades em 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Logo ap\u00f3s veio\u00a0a segunda mesa-redonda do dia, sobre\u00a0Doen\u00e7as Inflamat\u00f3rias Intestinais (Casos cl\u00ednicos com teoria). A modera\u00e7\u00e3o ficou a cargo\u00a0do Dr.\u00a0Ant\u00f4nio Jos\u00e9 de Vasconcellos Carneiro e a atividade contou com palestras dos Drs. Luiz Jo\u00e3o Abrah\u00e3o (Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o nas DII\u00b4s), Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Moraes (Anti-integrinas. Quando, como e por qu\u00ea?), Carlos Frederico Porto Alegre (Otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o e monitoramento da terapia biol\u00f3gica) e Helio Rzetelna (Neoplasias relacionadas ao tratamento das DII\u00b4s). Devido ao andar da hora, o debate teve de ser reduzido a duas perguntas apenas.<\/p>\n<p>Na hora do almo\u00e7o, a Echoendo realizou seu simp\u00f3sio sat\u00e9lite, contando com palestras dos Drs. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o Alves (Pancreatite aguda &#8211; conduta cl\u00ednica), Thiago Tatagiba (Papel da Ecoendoscopia na Pancreatite Aguda. Quando indicar?) e Glauciomar Machado (Esfinterotomia Endosc\u00f3pica). Ap\u00f3s as apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, houve dez minutos para debate com os congressistas.<\/p>\n<p>No retorno das atividades, Dr. Fernando Portella anunciou que devido a um problema de sa\u00fade com um familiar, o Dr. Julio Cezar Uili Coelho, do Paran\u00e1, teve de retornar nesta manh\u00e3 a Curitiba e, portanto, infelizmente, n\u00e3o participaria do evento.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0programa\u00e7\u00e3o vespertina teve in\u00edcio com a mesa-redonda sobre Coleastases, com modera\u00e7\u00e3o do Dr. Fernando Portella. Nesta parte ocorreram apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es da Dra. Cristiane Villela (Colangite Biliar x Colangite Esclerosante Prim\u00e1ria &#8211; Diagn\u00f3stico e Tratamento) e do pr\u00f3prio Dr. Fernando Portella (Colangite associada a lgG4). O\u00a0Dr. Eduardo de Souza Martins Fernandes, que falaria sobre Biliopatia Portal, teve um problema particular e n\u00e3o pode comparecer. Ap\u00f3s as duas palestras foi realizado um debate do tema abordado com os presentes.<\/p>\n<p>Logo em seguida foi a vez da Dra. Eponina Lemme realizar confer\u00eancia sobre Doen\u00e7as Funcionais do Es\u00f4fago &#8211; Roma IV, que teve como presidente o Dr. Eduardo Joaquim Castro.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s uma breve pausa para o Gastrolanche, o evento teve continuidade\u00a0com a confer\u00eancia sobre Pancreatite Obstrutiva, com o Dr. Glaciomar Machado.<\/p>\n<p>Encerrando as atividades do dia, a mesa-redonda abordando Est\u00f4mago e Duodeno teve como moderador o Dr.\u00a0Luiz Artur Juruena de Matos e contou com apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es dos Drs.\u00a0Bernardo Junger (Inibidores da Bomba de Protons \u2013\u00a0 Controle Clinico em Uso Prolongado), Jorge Motta (Anti-inflamat\u00f3rios n\u00e3o ester\u00f3ides \u2013 Les\u00f5es do Est\u00f4mago e Duodeno) e Silvando Barbalho Rodrigues (Tratamento do H.pylori resistente).<\/p>\n<p>Amanh\u00e3 tem mais, a partir das 8h30.
