E quero deixar uma homenagem ao Prof. Milton Costa, professor titular do Departamento de Anatomia da UFRJ, que nos deixou hoje. Ele desenvolveu a videofloroscopia da degluti\u00e7\u00e3o, padr\u00e3o ouro nas disfagias orofaringes. \u00c9 um exemplo para todos n\u00f3s, principalmente, para os colegas da mesa de es\u00f4fago que tanto conviveram com ele, em especial \u00e0 Profa. Eponina Lemme. Nossas sinceras homenagens e sentimentos \u00e0 fam\u00edlia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, passou a palavra ao Prof. Carlos Eduardo Brand\u00e3o Mello para mediar o debate de tr\u00eas casos cl\u00ednicos sobre a doen\u00e7a hep\u00e1tica gordurosa do f\u00edgado, apresentados pelo Dr. Jo\u00e3o Marcello Ara\u00fajo Neto. Tratam de situa\u00e7\u00f5es cotidianas que dividem opini\u00f5es quanto aos procedimentos a serem tomados. Os debatedores convidador foram: Dra. Cl\u00e1udia Oliveira (SP), Dra. Nathalie Carvalho Leite (RJ) e Dr. Paulo de Tarso Aparecida Pinto (RJ).<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Brand\u00e3o \u00e9 professor titular do Departamento de Clinica e de Gastroenterologia da UNIRIO, chefe da Unidade de Doen\u00e7as do F\u00edgado do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio Gaffr\u00e9e e Guinle (HUGG), presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Hepatologia (SBH) e membro titular da Academia Nacional de Medicina. A plateia p\u00f4de participar atrav\u00e9s de perguntas enviadas pelo \u00edcone de trabalho \u201cQ&amp;A\u201d, na barra inferior da tela, e tamb\u00e9m por meio das respostas interativas aos casos cl\u00ednicos.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia, houve a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o o Simp\u00f3sio-sat\u00e9lite da Takeda sobre o lan\u00e7amento do Amitiza no Brasil (lubiprostona), uma op\u00e7\u00e3o terap\u00eautica esperada h\u00e1 muito tempo no pa\u00eds para constipa\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente para a S\u00edndrome do Intestino Irrit\u00e1vel (SII). A aula foi ministrada pelo Prof. Ricardo Alvariz, Prof. da Disciplina de Gastroenterologia e Endoscopia da UERJ, membro da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana de Gastroenterologia, da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana de Endoscopia Digestiva e do Col\u00e9gio Americano de Gastroenterologia.<\/p>\n<p>Dando continuidade \u00e0 programa\u00e7\u00e3o, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Galv\u00e3o-Alves (RJ) abriu a sess\u00e3o cl\u00ednico\/radiolol\u00f3gica\/cir\u00fargica\/ ecoendosc\u00f3pica com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro colegas: Dr. Ant\u00f4nio Eiras, radiologista da UFRJ e da Rede D\u00b4Or, Dr. Eduardo Vianna, chefe da Cirurgia do Hospital Federal de Ipanema, e da ecoendoscopista Dra. Olivia Luna, diplomada em Ecoendoscopia na Fran\u00e7a. Dr. Galv\u00e3o apresentou um caso cl\u00ednico sobre P\u00e2ncreas e Vias Biliares, seguido de debate e perguntas interativas.<\/p>\n<p>O momento seguinte foi do Simp\u00f3sio-sat\u00e9lite da Reckitt Benckiser, ministrado pelo Dr. Joaquim Prado P. Moraes-Filho, professor livre-docente da Faculdade de Medicina da USP e diretor de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da FBG, Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Gastroenterologia. O especialista falou sobre a conduta terap\u00eautica atual para a doen\u00e7a do refluxo gastroesof\u00e1gico (DRGE) e o papel ao alginato para o tratamento:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa verdade, \u00e9 um tema importante porque a doen\u00e7a do refluxo gastro esof\u00e1gico tem uma preval\u00eancia muito elevada, atingindo de 12 a 20% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, cerca de 40 milh\u00f5es de pessoas tem doen\u00e7a do refluxo, o que gera uma s\u00e9rie de implica\u00e7\u00f5es.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seguindo com a programa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Dr. Bernardo Junger passou a palavra ao Dr. Luiz Abrah\u00e3o Junior, que j\u00e1 foi presidente da AGRJ no bi\u00eanio 2015\/2016, para moderar o \u00faltimo caso cl\u00ednico do dia sobre es\u00f4fago, que teve como apresentadora a Dra. \u00c2ngela Alvariz (RJ), gastroenterologista especialista da FBG, que trabalha na Endoview. Os debatedores convidados foram a Dra. Eponina Lemme (RJ) e o Prof. Gerson Domingues (RJ). Ap\u00f3s o caso clinico houve debate e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de perguntas.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Luiz Abrah\u00e3o, que \u00e9 professor adjunto do departamento de Cl\u00ednica M\u00e9dica da UFRJ e m\u00e9dico do Servi\u00e7o de Gastroenterologia do Hospital Clementino Fraga Filho (UFRJ), abriu e encerrou o caso cl\u00ednico prestando uma homenagem ao saudoso Dr. Milton Costa, com o qual ele e os demais participantes desta sess\u00e3o tiveram a honra de conviver de forma marcante.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoje, n\u00f3s tivemos uma not\u00edcia muito triste da perda do nosso querido professor Milton Costa, muito querido na nossa \u00e1rea, como expoente da disfagia no pa\u00eds, desenvolveu essa \u00e1rea com brilhantismo, e que nos deixou hoje, subitamente, aos seus 67 anos. Gostar\u00edamos de deixar a nossa homenagem a ele e condol\u00eancias aos seus familiares. Certamente, teremos a oportunidade de fazer uma bela homenagem tanto a n\u00edvel regional, como a n\u00edvel Brasil, pois ele merece\u201d, disse o Dr. Luiz Abrah\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEra uma mente brilhante, um car\u00e1ter excepcional, e vai deixar saudade em todos n\u00f3s\u201d, disse o Prof. Gerson Domingues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConvivemos muito com Milton, aprendemos muito, e nos fal\u00e1vamos todas as manh\u00e3s pois eu toco piano e sempre mandava m\u00fasicas para ele. Todo dia me dizia \u2013 \u201cBom dia, minha amiga\u201d. E. hoje, falei com ele pela \u00faltima vez \u00e0s 6h da manh\u00e3\u201d, recorda a Profa. Eponina.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTamb\u00e9m tive a honra de aprender com ele e de compartilhar da pessoa dele em congressos. Uma pessoa realmente especial\u201d, complementa Dra. \u00c2ngela.<\/p>\n<p>O XXX Gastren-Rio termina nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, dia 3 , sempre contando na sala de espera do evento com o repert\u00f3rio musical do \u201cTrio Quarentena\u201d (GastroArt\/FBG), formado pela Dra.
