O Complexo Industrial de Biotecnologia em Sa\u00fade vai ocupar uma \u00e1rea de 580 mil metros quadrados e ter\u00e1 capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 120 milh\u00f5es de frascos de vacinas e biof\u00e1rmacos por ano e ser\u00e1 instalada em Santa Cruz, na zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1388291&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As vacinas contra meningite, hepatite e tr\u00edplice bacteriana, que atualmente s\u00e3o importadas, v\u00e3o\u00a0passar a sair do polo. O acordo prev\u00ea a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de nove pr\u00e9dios e a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para 2023 e dever\u00e1 gerar 5 mil empregos diretos.
